PRESTIGE FLOOR CARE
Prestige Floor Care’s Low Moisture Chemistry: When applied properly, the use of this chemistry will eliminate the need for restorative or “Deep” Cleaning. It is applied on the carpet and dries in 30 to 45 minutes. The carpet then has an “encapsulation” characteristic. Your vacuums can then remove 100% of the soils (both dry and oily). If 100% of the soil is vacuumed out daily you eliminate:

CONVENTIONAL
Regular vacuuming removes about 80% of soils (dry soils) and is the most important step in the process of cleaning carpet. Conventional cleaning methods combine a regular vacuuming schedule with some form of restorative cleaning. This process yields the accelerated re-soil phenomenon mentioned above.

PRESTIGE FLOOR CARE
Prestige Floor Care’s Renovation Chemistry: This effective extraction chemical is applied and removed in the same way conventional chemistries are (it too is never 100% removed). The difference is that the chemical is re-soil negative. It works to attract and breakdown soils during the extraction process, but the residual chemical left in the carpet won’t continue to attract soil once it dries.
Prestige Floor Care’s Renovation extraction chemistry is only recommended for carpet that has a significant buildup of soils and chemicals from prior efforts using ineffective cleaning methods. |
CONVENTIONAL
All existing soil extraction chemistries employ the use of detergent molecules that are effective in attracting and breaking down soils. Whether applied in the form of a spray and extract or dry powder and vacuum method, the available equipment will never remove 100% of the Chemical. The detergent molecules left in the carpet continue to attract soil, hence, the accelerated re-soil phenomenon.
